One-to-one appointments must be paid for in advance, unless agreed otherwise.

We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all one-to-one appointments. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee (unless there are extenuating circumstances).

Spaces are often limited for special events: therefore advance payment is required to secure your space.

Your place is not guaranteed until you have paid the requested amount (this will vary depending on the event)

Refunds on Workshops & Retreats are only provided on the following basis:

14 Days Notice (prior to the event beginning): 50% refund

7 Days Notice (prior to the event beginning): 25% refund

All of the live sessions will be recorded so you can tune in at a time that suits you and you won’t miss a thing.

By signing up for any online workshop or ceremony hosted by Tamara Driessen, you are agreeing that it is your responsibility to make full use of any purchased workshops and/or ceremonies within the allocated time.

There are no exceptions and any requests for extended access will be politely declined.

If you purchase a service, digital product or course from TamaraDriessen.com, you agree that the company can share your payment information with its third-party payment providers (Acuity, Squarespace, Stripe or PayPal) to complete the payment transactions.

All services are non-refundable. Payment for services will be taken in full or through a payment plan. The payment plan will be set up through Stripe, PayPal or Acuity and you will need to use a credit or debit card.

Once you have agreed to the payment plan, we will automatically charge your card or bank account for all fees that are due to Tamara Driessen, without any additional authorisation from you. You will receive an electronic receipt for your transaction.

Our billing process is automated and we cannot change how or when the money owed is debited, or freeze or skip payments. You can see your billing information through your PayPal account. It is your responsibility to make sure all payment methods are current. Your billing date will be monthly, starting from the date of purchase. All your recurring payments will be automatically charged, until the end of the agreed payment plan. If your payment doesn't go through, your card will be automatically tried again.

If you decide to stop paying or leave the program for any reason, you will still have to pay for the whole program and all future payments.

We reserve the right to end your access to any Program and all Content if you don't make a payment or if there are incomplete payments.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this time.

When you purchase any courses/workshops from Tamara Driessen, you agree to our company policies. We can make changes to our policies at any time. As someone who uses our website, you agree to these policies and any future revisions, whether or not you are aware of them. It's important that you understand that as a company we will do our best to notify our users of any changes, but it's ultimately your responsibility to be aware of the current policies.

All courses/workshops come with a set amount of time that you can access the course materials. Unless otherwise specified, this time limit is final. 

Each programme has different access limits, which you can find on the sales page and in email correspondence. There are no exceptions made to this policy as access time is automated at enrolment and cannot be altered from the backend. Any requests for extensions will be politely declined.

Lifetime Access means that you will have access to the Company's and Service's lifetime. If Tamara Driessen ever dissolves or stops existing, your access (and this agreement) will end.

Access is not transferable.

All course content remains the Intellectual Property of Tamara Driessen, you are not permitted to repurpose, copy or use any of the course content without written permission from the company. If we ask you to cease using the content, you must stop immediately. The company can also decide to terminate your access to any program or content at any time.

When you purchase a course or workshop, you are the only person permitted to the content. If you share access with anyone else, your subscription will be revoked.

You will not be registered for the event until you have paid the requested amount.

If, after signing up for a course you change your mind, you can request a refund within 72 hours of enrolling but you will be charged a £50 cancellation fee. Past this cooling-off period, there are no refunds. After 72 hours you are committed to ensuring that any remaining payments due are paid on time, as agreed.

By signing up for a course or workshop with Tamara Driessen, you agree that the company can collect and store your data securely.
